For the implementation of the special transportations, tarpaulin trailers with an overweight-permission for a maximum payload of 28 tons (maximum width of 3.5 metres) are available, as well as drop-bed semi trailers with a maximum load height of 3.6 metres. The equipment completes their own 200-units fleet, which is supported by up to 600 sub contractors in peak times. Leitner Spedition is known as a specialist in the field of European-wide full and groupage cargo transportations with the main areas in Great Britain, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Spain and Hungary. With their membership in the Systempo network the private enterprise, which has around 150 employees, provides an area-covering 24-hours service for general cargo in Austria, including consignment tracking via internet.
