Industrial logistics specialist Gefco to operate a daily general cargo service from Austria to Croatia from 2013
The French transport logistics group Gefco is about to expand its network in Southeastern Europe. On 1 January 2013 a new branch in Zagreb will start operating as national company in Croatia. This was announced by DI (FH) Thomas Ziegler, managing director Gefco Österreich, in an interview with the Austrian transport journal LogEASTics. So far the
industrial logistics specialist had been serving the market in Croatia via a cooperation with a medium-sized partner.
Gefco Croatia is to start providing services in the sectors LTL/FTL (less than and full load truck transport), general cargo, distribution, customs and automobile logistics. The benchmarks in groupage cargo traffic will include a daily link from Austria to Croatia from the start of 2013.
