Grieshaber Logistics Group to operate the pharmaceuticals warehouse of Ypsomed
Grieshaber Logistics Group AG headquartered in Bad Säckingen is in charge of a new outsourcing project. In a press release the company informs about taking over logistics for the customer Ypsomed. The related concept includes all logistics services at the pharmaceuticals warehouse in Bad Säckingen, or the future logistics park Hochrhein in Rheinfelden, respectively.
The Ypsomed group is a leader in the development and production of injection systems for self-medication and offers a wide range of products for diabetes care. The company has been focussing on selfcare solutions for patients for more than 25 years, particularly products and services for people with diabetes. Injection systems developed and produced by Ypsomed are distributed worldwide by pharmaceutical and biotechnology enterprises using their own names. As to diabetes care, Ypsomed markets the products and services directly to diabetes patients, doctors and medical staff or health insurances.
The Grieshaber Logistics Group is a contract logistics specialist. More than 500 staff operates on 100,000 m² warehousing area at seven locations in Germany, France and Switzerland. The company is a fully owned family enterprise.
