Hödlmayr is the new logistics partner for Mitsubishi in Austria

Denzel Autoimport GmbH to use a comprehensive new service concept of Hödlmayr International for new vehicle logistics of Mitsubishi in Austria

Denzel Autoimport GmbH has revised transport logistics including the points of delivery of the Japanese automotive brand Mitsubishi in Austria, supported by Hödlmayr International. From now the company relies on a centrally located PDI centre allowing for shorter access routes to partner companies.

The cooperation agreement of the two companies was concluded in July 2013 for a term of five years. Hödlmayr takes over the Mitsubishi vehicles after their arriving in the port of Koper and assumes interim storage and customs clearance in the not too distant Slovenian logistics center in Logatec. In addition, the contract includes implementation of various additional vehicle-related activities, such as visual and technical preparation of the automobiles. Afterwards they are transported to Austria and distributed to the national dealers.

In addition, Hödlmayr applies underbody protection and offers an order-specific, diversified range of different conversion and installation services for the vehicles. This includes, for example, the installation of accessories such as trailer couplings.

For Hödlmayr this order confirms that due to the „longstanding experience, international logistics network and technological vehicle knowledge we range first among the competent service providers for demanding customers“, Andreas Sundl, managing director Hödlmayr Logistics Austria, says about the new client.
