Husqvarna Group selects Fiege Ukraine as logistics partner
Fiege Ukraine provides comprehensive logistics services exclusively for the specialist of outdoor power products Husquvarna
The Fiege Group (Greven/Germany) announces the singing of a logistics contract with the Husqvarna Group Ukraine. The new client is a global leader in outdoor power products for forestry, park maintenance, lawn and garden care (e.g.: chainsaws, trimmers, lawn mowers and garden tractors).
This agreement assumes that Fiege will be the sole third party logistics provider for Husqvarna’s finished goods, accessories and spare parts in the Ukraine and will manage warehousing operations, including acceptance, packaging, shipping and warehouse management. Both parties pay special attention to the flexibility of service including maintenance of the highest quality standards during peak periods due to the high seasonality of the products’ sales.
"Fiege is entrusted because of its experience in our sector", Vladlen Popolitov, General Manager of Husqvarna (Ukraine), comments the choice of Husqvarna to select the Fiege group as logistics service provider. On the Ukrainian market, the Fiege Group is present since 2006 and operates over 40,000m² of warehouse space there to provide services for various industries e.g. FMCG, Retail and Industrial goods.
