Inci Logistics becomes partner of Yusen Logistics in Turkey

Yusen Logistics has ambitious growth plans for the Turkish market and forms strategic partnership with İnci Logistics to provide logistics and value-added services

The Japan-based logistics company Yusen Logistics has recently signed an important and strategic collaboration agreement with İnci Logistics, a company of İnci Holding. Yusen Logistics acquired 32 per cent shares of İnci Logistics. This collaboration in the logistics sector signifies a crucial step for both parties. This partnership will enable Yusen Logistics to strengthen its position in the Turkish market, and İnci Logistics to expand its business volume on a global scale.

Commenting on the partnership, Ian Veitch, Managing Director, Yusen Logistics Europe said: „I am delighted to endorse this partnership and we look forward to working with İnci Logistics to increase activity in this region. The cooperation is presented as a new and stronger partner for customers seeking quality logistics and value-added services in the Turkish market. Bringing together the experience of Yusen Logistics in global markets on the one hand, and İnci Logistics‘ expertise in the domestic market on the other, the partnership will provide logistics solutions on a national and global scale.

İnci Logistics was founded in 1997 as a company of the İnci Holding, and has branch offices in İstanbul, Bursa, İzmir, Manisa and Aydın. The Turkish enterprise provides international air and seafreight services in Europe, Middle East, Africa, America and the Far East, as well as inland freight and warehousing services in Europe and the CIS. The aim of the company is to become one of the ten leading logistics providers through this strategic partnership.
