Industrie-Logistik-Linz changes legal form

Industrie-Logistik-Linz (ILL) to operate as limited liability company from August 1 and will shortly celebrate its 20-years-jubilee
 
Industrie-Logistik-Linz GmbH & Co KG will change its legal form to a limited liability company (GmbH), effective August 1. All existing contracts and agreements with customers, suppliers and other business partners remain valid for the new company as well. Also headquarters, contact persons and bank account will remain the same as before. Only the company name, registration number and tax identification number will change, announces Ralph Gallob, managing director, in a letter.
 
As provider of innovative services Industrie-Logistik-Linz develops and implements concepts, which create added value for customers. Established in 1993 the company has 250 employees is held by the M. Preymesser group (51%), voestalpine Stahl (37%) and “Max“ Beteiligungs GmbH (12%). In addition to the Austrian branches in Linz and Steyr, the portfolio includes also 100%-subsidiaries in Moerdijk (NL) and Giurgiu (RO).
