Insolvency of Klausner Logistik in Ansfelden

Increased fuel prices and general price collapse forced Klausner Logistik GmbH to the knees

The drive is over for Klausner GmbH based in Ansfelden near Linz. At the regional court Landesgericht Linz the bankruptcy proceedings were opened about the assets and liabilities of the company. The insolvency affects 5 employees and 430 creditors. As things stand at present liabilities amount to EUR 471,000. Assets are indicated with EUR 105,000. The competent court has appointed the lawyer Dr. Norbert Mooseder from Steyr as liquidator. The number of the proceeding is 12 S76/10d.

Klausner Logistik GmbH was established five years ago under the name TC-Trans GmbH and as a forwarding company without freight operations. The change to the company’s current name was implemented in 2007. Mr. Kurt Klausner was holding the position of the general manager. By their own account the company was lately no longer able to operate on a profitable level due to the increase in fuel prices and the general price collapse within the branch. Activities are ceased by now. A continuation of business is beyond question.
