Insolvency of Künstl Speditions-GmbH from Klagenfurt

“Absence of orders” with Künstl Speditions-GmbH results in the opening of a bankruptcy proceeding with self-administration

On March 27, 2014 the bankruptcy proceedings with self-administration was opened about the assets and liabilities of Künstl Speditions-GmbH at the regional court Klagenfurt. The insolvency of the company affects four employees and 17 creditors. According to KSV 1870, the Austrian association for the protection of creditors, assets amount to about EUR 57,000; liabilities to about EUR 162,400.

The indebted company attributes the insolvency to an “absence of orders”. The management proposed a quote of 30 per cent to the creditors, to be paid within two years after acception of the restructuring plan.
