Intercontainer Austria gets profit centre structure“
Container operateor ICA takes steps to increase efficiency A new organisation scheme is to become effective with Intercontainer Austria (ICA). The container operator and specialist in combined transport, headquartered in Vienna, is to introduce a profit centre structure on 1 September 2009. The new scheme is product-oriented and enhances cooperation between disposition and sales teams. Managing Director Wilhelm Patzner thus expects a more efficient and faster satisfaction of customer needs. As of September Intercontainer Austria is divided into the profit centres “Westhäfen“ (Management: Michael Pütz), “Nordhäfen“ (Management: Martin Souczek), “Südhäfen“ (Management: Patrizia Staringer) and “Kontinental Services“ (Management: Jürgen Schwarz). Contact persons for key accounts will be the same as before. |
