KPMG acquires BrainNet Supply Management Group

Supply Chain Management division of the business and consulting company KPMG to be globally rearranged in the course of the takeover of BrainNet
 
KPMG, a global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services, takes over the BrainNet Supply Management Group AG. They signed the relevant agreement last week. Through this step KPMG ensures a leading market position regarding the development and control of global supply chains. The transaction is subject to approval from the responsible regulatory authorities.
 
In the course of this transaction KPMG will rearrange its global supply chain management division. A Centre of Excellence offering global consulting services will join the business of BrainNet and KPMG’s SCM activities. The Centre will be led by Christian Rast, so far CEO of BrainNet.
