Kuehne + Nagel operates new daily general cargo line between the Eastern Europe hub in Vienna and the stations Timisoara and Bucharest

Kuehne + Nagel set up a new general cargo line connecting Vienna to Timisoara and Bucharest, Romania. The services have fixed departures and transport times, which improves the parameters cross-linking and reliability, as the company announces in a press release. The daily service to Romania departs from Vienna at 1 p.m. Regular transport time is two to four days.

Kuehne + Nagel established a general cargo network offering house-house-delivery, linking more than 38 countries in Europe. The system covers 1,400 weekly departures in Europe and a total of 150 terminals. With this infrastructure the group handled about 16 million international and national consignments last year. The newly established Eastern Europe hub in Vienna is the point of departure of more than 300 direct links from/to Eastern and Western Europe.
