LondonMetric has sold a 341,000 sq ft distribution facility in Wellingborough to an investor for £29.2m, representing a 38 per cent profit.
The unit is currently occupied by Yusen Logistics on a short-term basis. The transaction for the property, which was acquired in 2009 for £19.6m, will complete at the end of October.
