Metrans’ Rotterdam shuttle ready to go

Shuttle service by Metrans from Prague to Rotterdam and return about to start

Metrans Group (Prague), a specialist for containerised seaport hinterland traffic from and to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, southern Poland, Austria and Hungary, is making final preparations to launch a new regular service. On 13 April the enterprise will start operating a link from Prague to Rotterdam (terminals RCS, ECT and Euromax), with three weekly rotations. The trains will depart ex Prague on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays for Rotterdam. In the opposite direction the program comprises departures on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

The Metrans Rotterdam shuttle is addressed to customers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, southern Poland, Austria and Hungary. The hub in Prague provides daily connections (inbound/outbound) to the terminals Dunajska Streda (for the regions southern Slovakia and Hungary), Zlin (Moravia, southern Poland and eastern Austria) and Pilsen (western Bohemia, Bavaria).
