Modified shareholder structure of Hertzog & Partner

Elmar Hertzog sold his remaining shares of the consulting company Hertzog & Partner to Frederik Zitz
 
The personnel and management consulting company Elmar Hertzog und Partner Management Consultants GmbH (Hamburg) has a new shareholder structure. Effective May 2013 Frederik Zitz, managing director, took over the shares from the founding partner Elmar Hertzog amounting to 25 per cent. In 2012 Frederik Zitz had taken over 25 per cent of the shares from Elmar Hertzog. This means his father and fellow manager Elmar Zitz and he are now each holding 50 per cent of the shares of Hertzog & Partner. This current ownership and management structure sets the course for Hertzog & Partner in the future to sustainability and long term operation for customers, partners and employees.
 
The trained hotel manager Frederik Zitz started his career with Hertzog & Partner as a lateral entrant in 2004, gaining his first experience in the forwarding and logistics business as an assistant in personnel consultation. For years he has been consulting national and international companies in personnel and management issues, while his father has been increasingly concentrating on M&A business. In 2008 he became co manager of the newly established Austrian branch in Vienna and of Hertzog & Partner Germany.
 
Today Hertzog & Partner has 28 employees at six locations in Germany and Austria, a holding company in Hungary. As a member of experts for experts – global logistics consultants they operate as personnel and management consulting company for the segments logistics, supply chain management and transport in 15 more countries, including Brazil, USA, India and China. Since 1978 the company has been providing premium solutions for many reputable national and international companies from trade, service and industry, as well as for public institutions. The business segments and core competencies comprise personnel consulting, management consulting and Mergers & Acquisitions.
