Multinaut signed agreement with Züst & Bachmeier Project

Special lifting system of Züst & Bachmeier Project gains stronger connection to river shipping through Multinaut Donaulogistik

On the occassion of the transport logistic 2013 trade fair in Munich, the Imperial Shipping Group, represented by Multinaut Donaulogistik GmbH (Würzburg), and Züst & Bachmeier Project GmbH (Nuremberg) signed a several-years shipping contract. This agreement reflects the longstanding, trustful cooperation of these two companies.

Multinaut Donaulogistik has a large number of motor and push barges, operating between the ARA ports and the Black Sea port of Constanza. Züst & Bachmeier Project GmbH is a forwarding enterprise specialising on international project and facility logistics, and operates a stationary cable lifting system at the port area in Nuremberg, with a lifting capacity of 600 tonnes.

This special lifting system and the signed longterm agreements in Nuremberg ensures supply for plant construction companies in this region. The resulting inland transportations of heavy and large components from and to the European seaports, will now be implemented environmentally friendlier and with less CO2-emissions, by Züst & Bachmeier Project based on the strategic partnership with Multinaut Donaulogistik.
