New “captain” at HHLA Intermodal in Hamburg

Peter Plewa assumes management of HHLA Intermodal

As of 1 July Peter Plewa (43) assumes its new function as Manager at HHLA Intermodal GmbH. Directly before he had been holding the position of the Managing Director at the private Polish rail logistician CTL. As Dr. Sebastian Jürgens, HHLA Chairman of the Management Board, emphasises in a press release, the rail specialist is experienced in the Eastern European market, which ideally completes the geographical focus in the HHLA portfolio on intermodal-operators.

The Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG is a leading port logistics group in the north of Europe and is active in the segments container, intermodal and logistics. The enterprise offers container terminals, transport systems and comprehensive logistics services, which form a network between the overseas port to the European hinterland.
