Geis Group takes over M&M logistics & trade GmbH
M&M logistics & trade GmbH changes name As of 1 July the internationally acting Geis Group takes over M&M logistics & trade GmbH including all four operative locations in Hof and Marktredwitz (Oberfranken). The around 100 jobs will be maintained. The purchase price will be kept secret accoring to an agreement between the previous owner (M&M Militzer & Münch Deutsche Holding GmbH) and the Geis Group. The acquisition of the M&M logistics sites permits us to expand our contract logistics unit ‚Logistics Services’“, the managing partners Hans-Georg Geis and Wolfgang Geis announced in a press release. The new locations are mainly active in trade and industry logistics and reinforce the presence of the Geis Group in this region.
