Nicolas Sartini has been appointed as CEVA chief executive officer as of June 1, taking over from Xavier Urbain who will become executive advisor to Rodolphe Saadé who has been elected as chairman of the CEVA Board of Directors.
Sartini currently holds the position of group chief operating officer and deputy chief executive.
Rolf Watter will act as vice-Chairman. Three new board members have been elected: Farid Salem, Michel Sirat and Béatrice de Clermont-Tonnerre.
