New structure with Logwin Solutions Austria

The Austrian national company of the Logwin AG has implemented a measure to simplify the sturctures of the group. The Management informed about the integration of Logwin Solutions Fashion Austria GmbH into the Logwin Solutions Austria GmbH in a press release. The process was accomplished with retrospectively effect as per 1 January 2009. The former Logwin Solutions Fashion Austria GmbH has been deleted with the entry into the commercial register.

By taking this step the Management of Logwin Austria strives to intensify and promote the cooperation of the individual locations of the “Solutions“ unit. According to a letter to domestic and foreign business partners the enterprise is now presented with a better organisation with stations in Vienna, Guntramsdorf, Linz and Salzburg-Bergheim.
