New website for DPD Austria’s business customers

DPD Austria’s online platform DPD-business.at offers B2B customers simplified service for parcel navigation

 

In early February DPD Austria put a new website for its business customer online. Relaunching DPD-business.at the parcel service offers B2B shippers a better usability and a simplified parcel navigation. Users may direct orders, see the status of the parcel consignments and manage personal settings.

The motivation to reogranise DPD-business.at was the expansion and improvement of the customer service. The site is a “control centre“ that enable customers to work with even more quickly and simply, says Mag. Rainer Schwarz, managing director DPD Austria GmbH.

The new DPD-business.at focuses on navigation of parcels. The homepage gives an overview. The “StarTrack”-option provides the customer access to enhanced parcel information. Moreover quality statistics are available and parcel notes can be printed online. The service covers also collection orders and supplementary insurance can be commissioned.
