Mag. Friedrich Lehr is to succeed Dr. Herbert Szirota as commercial manager effective 1 December 2011:
The Port of Vienna– an enterprise of Wien Holding – is about to change its personnel on management level. Mag. Friedrich Lehr, MBA, is to assume the function of the commercial manager, effective 1 December. He will head the enterprise together with Director Ing. Rudolf Mutz, who has been a member of the management since 2009. Friedrich Lehr suceeds Dr. Herbert Szirota, who will concentrate on other tasks within the Wien Holding group. “We are happy Mag. Friedrich Lehr joins our management team. He is a qualified and proven logistics expert“, comments Wien Holding-manager Komm.-Rat Peter Hanke.
Friedrich Lehr has been working as authorised signatory and Area Manager Operations at the Vienna International Airport. Lehr started his career with Flughafen Wien AG in 2000. He was holding several functions there, among them Area Manager Aviation, general manager of the City Air Terminal BetriebsgmbH and manager of the department for strategic planning. Lehr studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and graduated as MBA – Master of Business Administration – from theUniversity ofToronto.
