Practical completion for Northeast warehouse scheme

Wilton Developments has achieved practical completion on its four-unit 168,000ft² scheme at Turbine Business Park, Sunderland which has been sold to Block Industrial.

The units of 20,000ft², 29,000ft², 51,000ft² and 68,000ft² have been constructed to a BREEAM Very Good standard with an EPC A rating.

CBRE acted on behalf of Wilton in the sale with Avison Young working on behalf of Block Industrial.

The smaller two units have already been let prior to completion to Decor Cladding Direct and Rheal Superfoods, highlighting the high quality of the scheme and its location.

Avison Young and HTA Real Estate are marketing the remaining two available buildings.
