Rail Cargo Group awarded as Leitbetrieb Austria
High degree of customer and market orientation and its willingness for innovations on the railway brought a certificate to the Rail Cargo Group
The positioning of the Rail Cargo Group as a reliable partner of Austria’s industry has gained a facet. On 5 September the cargo transport division of the ÖBB was awarded by the cross-industrial network Leitbetriebe Austria. The company was given the certificate as Leitbetrieb Austria (leading company) at the International Timber Fair in Klagenfurt.
Every year, companies that are considered top of the Austrian economy, can be nominated by the economic platform Leitbetriebe Austria for certification. The criteria for receiving the certificate include an assessment of the financial strength, durability, power, economic power and innovation. The Leitbetriebe Austria institute tests the certification points of the candidates and selects the service provider as a role model-company.
Through extensive know-how and latest technologies, the Rail Cargo Group says it ensures customer-oriented services and is a pioneer in innovative rail-oriented logistics products. Responsibility towards society and the environment is very important, responsible business conduct is the basis for long-term economic success.
