RCA Group streamlining their shareholding structure
“Paper Services” of Rail Cargo Austria Group was merged into Express-Interfracht Internationale Spedition GmbH
The ÖBB has taken another action towards restructuring the RCA Group. As a part of this project to simplify the shareholding structure the “Paper Services” (Papier & Recycling Logistik GmbH) were merged into Express-Interfracht Internationale Spedition GmbH with effect from 2nd October 2012.
The “Paper Services” merged into Express-Interfracht Internationale Spedition GmbH will provide one-stop-shop services. The existing range of products and services will remain unchanged. The activities in "recycling" will be transferred to Entsorgungslogistik Austria GmbH (ELA), which was founded in 1999 and has been part of the Rail Cargo Austria Group for nearly 10 years. ELA provides a full range of waste management transportation and logistics services, together with related services and commercial activities.
