Rail Cargo Austria / Intermodal Operator: Nationally uniform telephone numbers and extended availability of the offices in Vienna, Wels and Salzburg
 
In a press release Rail Cargo Austria / Intermodal Operator announce the Austrian-wide improvement of service functions for customers. The offices in Vienna, Wels and Salzburg are now open Mondays until Thursdays, from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and Fridays, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
 
Moreover new telephone numbers became effective on 1 July. All contact partners can now be reached under Rail Cargo Austria’s dial-in +43 1 93000 – extension. All service numbers are available on the internet www.railcargo.at/IM OP Kontaktliste. Previous telephone numbers will be valid for four more weeks. The company’s address is 40-48, Erdberger Länder, 1030 Vienna. The team of Rail Cargo Austria / Intermodal Operator is available to answer any further questions.
