Reichhold selects Transplace to manage its domestic transportation

Transplace announced that it has been selected by global composite and coating industry manufacturer Reichhold, Inc. to handle certain domestic transportation management activities.

"After looking for a North American 3PL partner for full truckload shipments, we selected Transplace as a good fit to help Reichhold streamline and simplify our supply chain operations, thereby allowing us to better serve our customers," commented Reichhold’s Manager of Purchasing, Logistics & Quality Don Brandt.

Transplace will leverage its technology to improve the daily operations of Reichhold’s domestic trucking flows in North America. The 3PL will procure and manage Reichhold’s truckload contracts with the carrier community, as well as manage the freight audit and payment process.
