Rickmers Linie changes agent in Switzerland
O. Brunoni assumes agency in Switzerland for Hamburg’s traditional shipping company Rickmers Linie Rickmers-Linie GmbH & Cie. KG (Hamburg), a specialist for global maritime transport of breakbulk, heavylift and project cargo, has appointed Zurich-based O Brunoni SA as its Swiss agent with effect from 1 January 2010. O. Brunoni will take over the agency activities for Rickmers-Linie from Cargonautic AG, which had been acting on behalf of Rickmers Linie in Switzerland since 1998, but will close down its business at the end of the year 2009. “We are delighted to have found a new and committed partner for Switzerland”, says Gerhard Janssen, Director Marketing & Sales, Rickmers-Linie. “We would like to thank Cargonautic and its employees for the excellent cooperation and are confident to be able to continue our work with Brunoni in the same way.” Peter Furian, Managing Director, O. We will do our utmost to be a worthy successor to Cargonautic.” The Austrian agent of Rickmers Linie is Aseco Container Services GmbH in Vienna.
