Rieck: First contract logistics enterprise in CEE
Rieck Logistic Group upgraded its representative office in Mikulov in the Czech Republic. The Berlin-based enterprise founded “Rieck Projekt Kontrakt Logistik (RPKL) Mikulov” on 1 January 2009 and expands activities in Eastern Europe. The location in Mikulov is the first contract logistics enterprise of the Rieck Logistic Group outside of Germany. “While our customer Copeland replaced its location we opened our first Czech office in November 2007 in Mikulov. After a successful start business stabilised on a good level. Therefore we were now able to implement our plan to turn our representative office into a company as soon as possible“, Horst Stiegler, Managing Director Rieck Holding, explained the previous history.
