Den Hartogh Logistics – provider of special logistics services for petrochemicals establishes its own overseas operation
Den Hartogh Logistics with its headquarters in Rozenburg (Netherlands) is evolving from a European into a worldwide acting logistics service provider for companies from the petrochemical industry. Headed by Group Managing Director Pieter Den Hartogh the enterprise launches a “Global Bulk Liquid Operation“ for chemical products and gases.
The therefore established business division Den Hartogh Global is based on locations in the Netherlands (for Europe, Africa, Middle East), in Houston (the Americas) as well as in Singapore and Shanghai for Asia/Pacific, completed by partners who serve individual countries and regions. The tank container fleet will be enlarged to about 5,000 units before 2015.
Den Hartogh Logistics offers full range solutions for transport (focus intermodal) and warehousing of liquid petrochemical products, completed by additional services in the segments tank cleaning and logistics management. Established in 1920 the private company has today more than 1,000 employees at 27 locations in ten European countries.
