Streamlined ownership structure with ItellaNLC
| ItellaNLC: RosEvroGroup quits shareholder circle Russia’s leading contract logistics enterprise ItellaNLC has a sole owner since the middle of this week. RosEvroGroup has disposed of their shares to the extent of 10 per cent to the Finish Itella Group. The latter named has acquired 90 per cent of the share capital of the NLC Logistics Group last year and is now holding 100 per cent of the shares. The purchase price for the remaining 10 per cent of the shares was EUR 22 million. According to the company’s own account ItellaNLC is the number 1 in the market segment of contract logistics in Russia. At locations in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and Samara the enterprise operates 12 terminals that offer nearly 600,000 sq.m. of warehouse area. With 5,200 employees the turnover generated in the current year will amount to EUR 180 million.
