TecDis: New European-wide cooperative of high tech logisticians
Network of eleven partners sets new quality standards for transport and assembly of high tech devices with its brand TecDis
A new provider has appeared on the European market for high tech logistics. Since last week an association of eleven specialised logistics service providers named TecDis (Technical Distribution) offers all-in-one solutions for border crossing transport and professional installation of highly complex high-tech goods such as cash dispensers or medical devices in 30 European countries. The eleven network partners are leading enterprises in the most important European markets for technical distribution services for sensitive high tech and healthcare products. The core elements of the cooperative are development and utilisation of joint resources, including staff, fleet and highly secure logistics terminals and plat forms. The TecDis network comprises the companies Allport, Ekol, Englmayer, HTM, MTAB, Network International Cargo, Rollema, Schachinger techlog, Tecnotrans, Weber-Vonesch and Wincanton. Together these companies provide integrated logistics and a “Value-Added-Services concept“ with respect to the customer’s needs and requirements of the recipients.
