tectraxx becomes associate of Teneso Europe
High-tech logistics unit of Gebrüder Weiss acquires shares of Teneso Europe Teneso Europe announced that a new member joined their circle of shareholders. tectraxx, a business unit of Gebrüder Weiss, strengthens the high-tech logistics network since the beginning of this year. The new member serves the following markets: Austria, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia, Romania and Bulgaria. The location in Vienna is to assume the role of the logistics hub for the exchange of high-tech devices between western and eastern Europe. “With tectraxx we have won a strategicaly important partner“, says Udo Scheffler, Deputy Managing Director of Teneso. Teneso stands for TEchnical NEtwork SOlution. The target of the cooperation of eleven partners in 25 countries is to compete with globally acting transport companies by offering intelligent supply chain solutions on a strengthened basis in Europe. The pan-European joint venture was formed by leading European high-tech logistics- and transport specialists in spring 2009.
