time:matters opens stations in Carinthia and Serbia

Special logistician time:matters integrates airports Klagenfurt and Belgrade into its worldwide transport network

Two new stations were added to the worldwide network of time:matters. Since 1 February the company of the Lufthansa group, a special service-provider for international special speed logistics, operates its own stations at the airports Belgrade (BEG) and Klagenfurt (KLU). The expanded network offers customers more rapid connections (road, air, rail) within Europe and to destinations outside Europe.

In the Carinthian region time:matters is currently the only logistics service provider who offers air freight services ex Klagenfurt. “Thus we are represented at the four most important traffic junctions in Austria, namely Vienna, Graz, Linz and Klagenfurt“, says Steven Plenk, Country Manager time:matters Austria. According to his statements the direct service from Carinthia saves more than two hours compared to the route via Graz.

The station at the Nikola-Tesla airport in Belgrade brings logistic advantages to the automotive industry, which is particularly strong represented in Serbia. Transport time between Serbia and many Middle and West European metropolises such as Frankfurt, Vienna and Munich reduces to a few hours.

Based in Neu-Isenburg, time:matters GmbH offers customised solutions for particularly urgent or complex logistic tasks, supported by exclusive cooperations and the global network of more than 500 courier partners and airlines. The worldwide network comprises more than 400 stations in 90 countries and more than 3,000 daily links.
