TransOcean Shipping (Vienna) expects strong impulses through Hanjin

Hanjin Shippping’s Austria agency boosts container transport business of TransOcean Shipping transport agency:

The TransOcean Shipping transport agency (TOC) sets the course for expansion in container transport business. As new the agent for Austria of the South Korean liner shipping company Hanjin Shipping the enterprise strives to handle a total volume of 20,000 TEU in the first year of this cooperation. "We offer services from the Far East to Europe v. v., the Middle East/Indian Sub continent as well as from Europe to the Americas", Managing Director Peter Czajkowski outlines the service schedule. He expects the biggest increases on the routes from China, Japan and South Korea to Europe, where Hanjin’s vessels are calling the northern continent as well as the ports in the northern Adriatic Sea.

Since its foundation in July 2005 the TransOcean Shipping transport agency has evolved into a shipping agency of a considerable size. The network of the private enterprise based in Vienna comprises locations in Antwerp, Düsseldorf, Gdynia, Hamburg, Koper, Budapest, Frankfurt, Munich, Prague and Vancouver, with around 80 employees. More offices in Romania and Serbia are in the pipeline. The 14 employees at the company headquarters in the Viennese district Meidling service the Austrian offices of the shipping lines Mann Lines, H. Stinnes Linien, Pacific International Lines and United Container Intermodal.
