Tuttlingen is the new location within the Gebrüder Weiss network

Former Diehl location in Tuttlingen south of Baden-Württemberg trades as Gebrüder Weiss Tuttlingen with immediate effect
 
The takover of the entire Diehl forwarding company by Gebrüder Weiss has gained a facet. Effective 1 October, the former Diehl location in Tuttlingen is trading under the name of Gebrüder Weiss Tuttlingen, headed by Anton Hagg, Branch Manager GW Memmingen, with all customer and supplier relationships of the Tuttlingen site being taken over by the Austrian transport and logistics group.
 
”We will offer customers the service that has made Gebrüder Weiss one of the most successful transport and logistics providers in Europe,” says Anton Hagg. The name change will not involve any consequences for the customers and continuity is also assured in the field of personnel and customer support: all contact persons and telephone numbers will remain the same, only the e-mail addresses will be adapted to GW’s structure.
 
In April 2012, Gebrüder Weiss increased its stake in the forwarding company Diehl to 100 per cent. The company, based in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and with locations in  Esslingen, Untermünkheim, Karlsruhe and Tuttlingen was consequently integrated into the Gebrüder Weiss network as a subsidiary.
