Two new businesses join St. Modwen’s Nunnery Park

St. Modwen Industrial and Logistics has let the final two units of its Nunnery Park scheme in Worcester.

BioPak, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of eco-friendly packaging, will occupy a 48,186 sq ft unit at the site, while Nemesis, a full-service distribution company of more than 20 years, will occupy a 19,134 sq ft unit.

Both occupiers have signed 10-year leases at the scheme. The deals signal the completion of the final phase of development at the 20-acre mixed-use scheme, with all three mid-sized units now occupied.

James Irwin-Singer, Development Manager at St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics, said: “This has proven an extremely popular scheme for St. Modwen and we’re pleased to be regularly meeting prospective occupiers’ requirements for high-quality industrial and logistics space – particularly against the backdrop of a global pandemic.”

Leanne Osbourne, Director at BioPak, added: “The quality of Nunnery Park’s warehouses and its ideal location are what attracted us to the scheme. St. Modwen provided us with everything we needed to make our decision and we’re sure our new home will allow us to grow our nationally-recognised brand even further within the industry.”

Fisher German and Avison Young are joint marketing agents for the scheme.
