Two new managers with Polish rail freight forwarder Trade Trans

Trade Trans Poland: Mr. Marcin Wower becomes Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Robert Jaworski has been nominated as Managing Director

Since May 1, 2014, after the resignation of Mr. Dariusz Daniluk only one director, Mr. Eugene Tudor as Vice Chairman of the Board, was responsible for the Polish rail freight forwarder Trade Trans.

On June 10, 2014, an extraordinary shareholders meeting was held in Warsaw, where two new managing directors have been nominated: Mr. Marcin Wower as CEO and Mr. Robert Jaworski as a board member. The two new managing directors have worked for many years in the industry and have extensive experience in finance.

Trade Trans Group is involved with about 50 companies in a broad range of transport and logistic services. Their organisation in Poland is a joint venture company with the Polish state railways (PKP), in Italy with the Polish state railways (PKP) and Italian state railways (FS). Trade Trans has in addition to this joint ventures with the Hungarian Railway (MAV) and the Raaber Railway (ROeEE).
