UPS appoints new Country Manager for Austria and Slovenia
Thomas Zeller, born in Switzerland, will succeed Rick Fletcher, who moves to operations in the UK
UPS has appointed Thomas Zeller Country Manager for Ausria and Slovenia. With this position based in Vienna the 41 years old will be in charge of operative and business development as well as the strategic orientation of these two markets.
Thomas Zeller started his career with UPS in August 2002 as Head of Marketing for Switzerland, based in Basel. Three years later, in January 2005 he took over the position as UPS Europe Region Products and Technology Portfolio Manager in Brussels. In 2008 he was appointed UPS Global Business Planning and Reporting Manager – a position he exercised from the UPS Headquarters in Atlanta (US). In 2010 he returned to Europe for his new position as UPS Benelux Marketing Manager in Diegem (Belgium). In 2014 he was appointed Director Marketing Eastern Europe, in charge of 28 markets.

Thomas Zeller graduated from Swiss commercial schools with degrees in marketing and economy. He is married and father of two kids.
