VAT Logistics starts container groupage service with weekly departures from Rotterdam
The Dutch transport logistics group VAT Logistics adds another service to its product portfolio. It is a container groupage solution to destinations in the Baltic States and Greater St. Petersburg. They offer departures in a weekly rhythm ex Rotterdam. The short sea service starts its journey in the Netherlands every Thursday, and arrives in Tallinn the next Tuesday. From the destination port VAT Logistics organises the distribution of the consignments in Estonia within 24 hours. A 48-hours service is available to Latvia and Lithuania. They accept all current types of containers. Transport logistic solutions for the destinations in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine have been covered by the service range of VAT Logistics for a long time. For the organisation and handling of the shipments offices were established in Helsinki, Kiev and Moscow. |
