Intercontainer Austria starts “Kandahar-shuttle“ with three weekly rotations
The intermodal transport operator ICA Intercontainer Austria, a Rail Cargo Austria company, reactivates the direct service for container transportations between the German North Sea ports and the Wolfurt terminal in Vorarlberg. As of now the “Kandahar-shuttle“ offers three rotations per week. They connect all major quays in Hamburg/Bremerhaven with Wolfurt. The ICA Management points out the arrival of the import-trains in Wolfurt in the early morning hours. This forms the basis for goods delivery on the same day, they state in the release.
