Floorcare company Vax has agreed a design and build solution for a distribution centre at developer Stoford and Axa REIM¹s Stonebridge Cross scheme in Droitwich, Worcestershire.
The company has agreed a 15-year lease on a 231,420 sq ft facility on the 77 acre business park.
Letting agents are BNP Paribas Real Estate and Savills.
