Nonstop flight from Frankfurt to US destination Houston with Continental Airlines

Continental Airlines has launched daily nonstop flights between Frankfurt Airport and its Houston hub at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. “This is the only nonstop flight connection of an US American airline between Germany and the world’s energy metropolis“, Fraport AG wrote in a press release.

Continental’s Frankfurt-Houston flights are operated with a Boeing 767-400ER. The CO47 course takes off daily at 1:50 p.m. in Frankfurt and is scheduled to arrive in Houston the same day at 6:15 p.m. local time. The return flight CO46 leaves Houston daily at 6:55 p.m. with a planned arrival in Frankfurt at 11:45 a.m. the next day.

Following London, Paris and Amsterdam, Frankfurt is the fourth European destination to be served nonstop from Houston by Continental Airlines. Moreover nonstop flights from Frankfurt, Berlin and Hamburg to the New York hub, Newark Liberty International Airport, are available.

Continental Airlines is the fifth largest airline in the world. Together with Continental Express and Continental Connection the enterprise operates more than 2,400 daily flights in America, Europe and Asia, covering 130 US destinations and 132 international destinations in total. The year 2009 is dedicated to the 75-years jubilee of the enterprise.
