On behalf of the Empl company they shipped a fire truck with two driver cabins from Zillertal in Tyrol via Bremen to China, where it will perform its duty for the professional fire brigade in Shanghai. In the event of fire the vehicle allows acting in a professional way in the extensive tunnel systems of the metropolis and enables the fire brigade to quickly leave a tunnel in emergency cases. The fire truck from Empl was shipped on the „Aquarius Leader“ of the Japanese shipping company NYK – Nippon Yusen Kaisha from Bremerhaven to Shanghai. The organisation of the pre-carriage from Zillertal to Bremerhaven lied in the hands of Schenker’s shipping agency. The shipping agency of Schenker & Co AG in Vienna has been acting as an agent of NYK – Nippon Yusen Kaisha in Austria for many years.
