20 per cent growth of Innofreight group in the year 2010

Continuously strong demand for international combined transport solutions by Innofreight

 

2010 was a good year for the Innofreight group based in Bruck an der Mur in Upper Styria. With about 3,500 containers they transported 4.5 million tons of bulk goods. This is a 20 per cent increase compared on 2009, the management announces. In December the enterprise celebrated with Zellstoff Pöls the 100.000th unloading at the container tilting station.

International combined transportations with special containers for bulk goods by use of innovative loading and unloading technology are the main activities of the Innofreight group that was established in 2002. The year 2010 was marked by the market introduction of the WoodTainer XL for building material, coal and iron ore transportations as well as by the start of AgroTainer XXXL transportations for grain and palletised goods.
