25 years of the Danish forwarding group Freja
Freja Transport & Logistics gains a foothold as independent forwarding company in northern Europe Freja Transport & Logistics A/S wants to be the first choice for transport and logistics services in northern Europe. This is the motto of the founder and owner of the company, Jörgen Hansen. His enterprise is headquartered in Skive (Denmark) and is to celebrate its 25-years jubilee in the coming weeks. Freja Transport & Logistics has established a network of 14 locations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland in the past years. The 600 employees handled about 700,000 consignments last year, and generated an annual turnover of around EUR 265 million. Being a full service provider, the enterprise attends to all segments of international freight forwarding ranging from temperature controlled transportations to contract logistics. The group has around 55,000 sq. m. of warehousing area; 35,000 sq. m. thereof at the locations in Denmark. |
