Ahlers Group reinforces presence in the CIS
New location of Belgian transport logistics group Ahlers in Aktau With the opening of a location in Aktau the Ahlers Group improves its presence in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The new station marks the second site of the Belgian transport logistics group in Kazakhstan. Until now the employees in the office in Almaty attended to the activities in this land. More stations of the company in the CIS are located in Ukraine (Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkiv), Russian Federation (St. Petersburg), Georgia (Poti, Tiflis), Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek) and Uzbekistan (Tashkent). For more than 100 years the Ahles Group with its headquarters in Antwerp has been rendering services in the followings segments “Maritime“, “Agencies“, “Forwarding“ and “Logistics“.
