Anker Leschaco Group expands in Asia

New location of Anker Leschaco Group in Vietnam

The presence of Anker Leschaco Group in Asia has gained a new facet. At the beginning of the month Leschaco Vietnam Co., Ltd. started operating in Ho Chi Minh City. The newly founded company is a joint venture with the Vietnamese partner SGN Logistic & Trading. The venture shall consolidate the position of the German transport and logistics group in traffic within Asia and create new opportunities for further development of the global activities.

Anker Leschaco, headquartered in Bremen, celebrates its 130-year jubilee these days and weeks. It is currently owned by Jörg Conrad. The enterprise offers services in the fields of air-/sea freight, special services, project cargo, automotive, aeronautic, distribution logistics, bulk cargo and consulting. The global network comprises locations in 19 countries and around 1,500 employees. In the region of Asia the enterprise operates own stations in Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
