Sacho Todorov as new member of the Management Board of Militzer & Münch heads the road transport segment
 
Militzer & Münch International Holding AG extend their Management Board from their own ranks: Starting May 1st, 2013, Sacho Todorov (54) will be a member of the Management Board of the Swiss transport logistics group. In this function he will be in charge of the business segment Road. In addition, Todorov will keep his position as CEO of the Bulgarian Militzer & Münch unit and Regional Managing Director South East Europe.
 
Sacho Todorov is well acquainted with the structure and orientation of the Militzer & Münch. In Bulgaria, his native country, Todorov has been working for the group for over 20 years: Since 1991, he has been directing the business activities of the Bulgarian Militzer & Münch BG Co. Ltd. as CEO, developing the company into a leading provider of transport logistics in the country. About three years ago, he was appointed Regional Managing Director for the South-East European region.
 
As the head of the Road segment, Todorov will focus on standardising services and processes, as well as on the further development of the cooperation with CargoLine, a groupage cooperation, and with ELVIS, an association for cargo loads. Todorov takes over the business segment from CEO Ewald Kaiser, who will concentrate more on the strategic orientation of the group. Sacho Todorov will continue working from Sofia.
 
The Militzer & Münch group, headquartered in St. Gallen, Switzerland, employs a staff of about 2,800 at 100 locations in over 30 countries in East Europe, the CIS, in the Middle East and the Far East as well as in the Maghreb countries.
