APC Asia Pacific Cargo and Beweship agree upon partnership
New cooperation of APC Asia Pacific Cargo and Beweship operate trade lane between eastern Asia, Finland and the Baltic States:
On September 19APC Asia Pacific Cargo Ltd. (Hong Kong) and Bewship Ab (Vantaa/Finland) have agreed to commence cooperation for logistics and forwarding services from eastern Asia to northern Europe and the Baltic States v. v. Beweship will represent APC in Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. The Asian forwarding group in turn will represent Beweship in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Both companies are expecting the cooperation to have a positive influence on business volumes and service quality on the trade lanes between eastern Asia and northern Europe/Baltic States.
APC Asia Pacific Cargo Ltd. has a strong position in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. The company management is expecting a turnover of USD 180 million in 2011. The Beweship group has seven offices in Finland, and runs locations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary and Romania, generating a total turnover of EUR 55 million per year.
